Why my SIMS4 language won't change to finnish, EA App doesn't support or give a choice for finnish, At Origin site i can change language and all works well, but settings in EA app no and game is only english.

@colliha The EA App doesn't have this function yet, so if you want to switch back and forth between languages, you'll need to keep using Origin. @puzzlezaddict i have same problem, i installed origin but i cant do anything because it wants update it to eaplay, cant even open the game

@iita96 Many if not most people have been force-migrated to the EA App by now, and Origin will be gone for good soon anyway. So the question is why Sims 4 won't launch. If you see an error message when you try to open it, please post a screenshot. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

That wasn't the issue. The issue was changing the language of Sims 4 (or, actually, any other EA game, for that matter). Your solution: install Origin. That solution doesn't work anymore, because Origin requires to update to EA App. So, now, please offer us solution to change game language that ACTUALLY WORKS. Thank you very much.

@peno11 The only solution is to uninstall the game and reinstall but if Ea app still doesn't offer Finnish then there's no solutions with EA app.

Best to contact support and let them know that they need to urgently add this. There's nothing we volunteers can do about it.

That's not solution I wanted to hear. Seriously, this is where we were before Origin offered this option back in 2015, I believe. Why EA App can't give us what Origin had for years? Why, EA? Why? Just answer me this. And sadly, it's not the only thing EA App doesn't have that Origin had. How EA can even think about launching this half-baked app at all, even less forcing people into it? This is outrageous!
