Game Library is empty

Suddenly the EA App is saying my Game Library is empty and that I don't have any games installed even though I do (Sims 3, Sims 4, Sims Medieval). I tried logging in and out of the app, repairing the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still saying I have no games in my Library, but my account shows my long order history.
