Game license is invalid

I have been dealing with this problem for over a year now.  My previous thread was moved to another thread marked solved. But my problem is NOT solved.

Taken from my initial post,

"When I try to run The Sims 4 game, I keep getting this message. "The app couldn't read the game's license file, so If the problem continues, try clearing your cache."

I have been having this problem since the last EA App update. I can run other games with the app. I seems only The Sims 4 is affected.

I have cleared the cache several times as suggested. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, as well as launching the EAUpdater.exe. I did the repair game option a couple of times. I have disabled my anti-virus and VPN. I have tried to find any solutions on the forum, but I have only seen other players posting about having the same problem, but not getting any answers or help. Other then moving and locking of posts."

Since I made this post,  I can not play any games in my library now.  When I try, I get the same message. So this is an issue with the app. I have made multiple error reports.

  • Missing yet another login event for the sims 4. This is about the forth one I've missed because I  can't play the game. And I  can't get any help from EA.

  • Still not able to play. Would appreciate some actual help for once. Instead of closing threads and ignoring the problem.
