I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. EA App on Windows 7 64bit and i can't start any of the games i downloaded.
I have tried cleaning the cache, going offline then back online, logging out from my account and logging back in, reinstalling the ea app, reinstalling the games... nothing changed.
