game not available for purchase

Whenever i try to play Sims 4 or Apex i cant open them or update them , it just says "Not Available for purchase"   , it says this for every single game in my library and store Please Help

I am Trying to download Sims 4 on a iMac M1 chip and I am constantly seeing that the game has been removed from the Catalog

I have uninstalled EA App and tried to change country and region of the app but I am still getting the same issue

Does anyone have Tippss or is there any workaround?

    @SansGelatine Kosovo. I checked the region list, it didn't say that I can't download it here. I already had the game installed and played it. But one day it just disappeared and haven't had the chance to download it anymore.

      Thanks. There is an issue specific to Kosovo which is being investigated.
