Summarize your bug When launching the Sims 4, says the expansion packs are not downloaded but when I look at EA Beta add-on page, they're all installed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase and install new expansion. Launch game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can not load any saves with data from any add-ons
What do you expect to see? Should just install and allow me to play as intended.
