Game Packs wont download

I'm encountering an access issue with a game in the EA app. When attempting to download the latest update, the app displayed the following error message:
"We've canceled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game." To troubleshoot, I’ve tried the following steps:

• Logged out and back into the EA app
• Cleared the app cache
• Restarted both the app and my computer
• Attempted to use the “Repair” function, which unexpectedly redirected me to Steam (even though this game is not managed through Steam)
• Uninstalled the game, assuming I could reinstall it — but now I can’t install it at all, as the same “You don’t own this game” message appears

I’m certain I own the game, and this issue began only when trying to download the recent update. The EA app seems to have lost track of my ownership/license.

I have been trying to download the update that came out today and am having a lot of issues. Every time I click download it loads for a while and then sends me the message, "You don't have access. We've canceled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game."

I have tried restarting the app and my computer, redownloading the EA app, clearing the cache on the app, and repairing the game. However, when I click repair it sends me a message saying I can't do that because the game is managed by steam. 

Has anyone else been having this issue / have some advice for how to fix it?

The packs have not been removed as they show up and can be installed in the EA launcher, but the "The Sims 3" launcher isn't recognizing they exist despite them showing as installed in the EA launcher. This feels like a seperate problem?

Did you resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem. About half of my pack don't show up in the launcher but EA app says they are successfully installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, still aren't showing up

The EA launcher says I have all expansions and addons I own installed for The Sims 3. Yet when I launch the game the Sims 3 launcher doesn't recognize that some of them are installed and I can therefore not use the expansions at all. Specifically the things that doesn't show up in the Sims 3 launcher nor in the game are "University Life", "Into the Future" and the "Worlds Bundle". I have already tried re-installing the game and the addons and repairing the game and the addons to fix the problem but nothing has worked.

My game is not letting me complete needed update. Says I need MB space. Cleared many photos and videos I no longer needed to free up space and it's still not working?
