game says its already running or gets stuck in a loading loop

Summarize your bug when i try to launch any of my ea games, they say they are already running or get stuck in an unending loop of loading. i have tried everything online and been in your support chat. nothing is helping.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i launch from ea app.
What happens when the bug occurs? it says game is running or gets stuck in a loading loop
What do you expect to see? a fix

I noticed it first with sims 4 but then i checked my other ea games and they all do the same thing. i have tried EVERYTHING and been in ea chat support. i can't find a fix and im getting very frustrated

    Hey @Beauty2705 

    Please give this a try and let me know how that goes: 

    1. Navigate to the folder: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License
    - Program Data is a hidden folder
    2. Cut and move all .dlf files to a separate folder
    - The License folder should remain empty
    3. Clear the EA app cache> and restart the EA app.

    Hi @EA_Pulsar  i just tried this. still gets stuck in a loading loop.  i hit the play button, i get the loading launch bar. both it and the ea app minimize but the game never launches it will go back to the ea app and loading bar

    Can you please reinstall the EA app and if that doesn't work, change the default installation folder for your games on the EA app and download one of them again to see if that works. Make sure to launch both the app and the game as an admin. 

    Spoiler
    1. Right-click on the icon on your desktop or Navigate to your game installation folder and right-click .exe file
    2. Select Properties.
    3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
    4. Check Run This Program As An Administrator.
