game stuck at installing

Any game stuck at installing with no progress on the bar. I tried to clear the cache, reinstall the app, contacted the support(transcript.txt) and pretty much anything I saw on other forums and here...

    case was solved eventually by an agent from EA Support

I needed to disable all services from msconfig (ofc except all the Microsoft ones) and restart the pc. This seemed to do the trick for me, but maybe the EA Support agent had to do something on their side to my account.

I re-enabled them after I downloaded the game.
