gamepass but still wont let me install the games

i have gamepass and im logged in and connected the accounts but when i try to install my game on xbox it goes to ea app saying i dont have the game when i have the gamepass and logged in i was trying for alot of the ea play games on there was only one that seemed to work i hope someone can help me cus i really just spent 15 bucks not to be able to play any of the games
