Summarize your bug Games don't load in the library on first launch of the app and I have to clear the cache and restart the computer everytime I want to play a game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just launch the app and try and play a game. I don't know maybe it's hardware dependant

What do you expect to see? My games library
My purchased games never show up the first time I open the ea app. I have to go to help and clear the cache and restart the computer everytime I want to start a game from library. The store loads fine but not games I've already bought and installed. This is ridiculous. Never had this problem with Origin. I wish EA didn't have it's own launcher of course. Why can't stuff just work in 2023.

I can imagine it must be frustrating having to clear the cache every time you try and access your games in the EA app.
Can you try the troubleshooting steps below and see if that solves the issue for you?
- Check for any Windows Updates and install updates if available
- Clean boot your PC: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Run the EA app as administrator
If none of these steps help, try reinstalling the EA app as well.
