Games Not launching (Need Admin permission Error)

Hi guys/gals 
i have been facing an error trying to launch a couple of my games and i dont seem to be able to do so due to the (NEED ADMIN PERMISSION thing )
and when i tried having the games launch as admin (by default in the properties ) it simply pops up the this game needs permission to work and when i agree to that it doesnt launch and says an error happened ... and thats it .
