Games not transferred after merging

I merged libraries yesterday. My old EA account is terminated and old games should've been transfered to my current account. But there are not showing up in my library. EA advisor (from help) says th...

    I installed EA app on another PC. Games showed up. Problem was in App Recovery utility which is still crashes and consequently can't be used to clear cache (since my cash was clear on this laptop my transferred games showed up). But App recovery utility still crashes on launch. Maybe other people could find this helpful.

    And EA should fix the EA App recovery utility

I miss only games from my old account (which was terminated during merging process). I've tried to clear cache but EA app/utility kept crashing (reinstalling EA app didn't helped, restarting also wasn't fruitfull)

@Moonray911 I have the exact same problem but I do not have another pc...what can i do in this case?
