Games show little grey clock icons

they just claimed to have fixed it but it's not fixed.

Haven't been able to check for a while but tonight a mandatory EA App update was downloaded and all my games are back! I've checked a couple and they launch fine <3

ok I guess I've had this topic made for me

I've made another error report ID 79e7a6b3-0646-4d6e-9f31-80be035e8c93

I've tried using the app recovery in the help menu but hasn't fixed anything. Also the three dot drop-down menu on all my games just shows "Loading".
