GAMES STUCK ON FINALIZING

Please help, I download games from EA APP and all of them do not install completely and freeze at 74%.

Can I also confirm what antivirus is installed on your PC?

    @EA_Pulsar I don't have an antivirus. There is only antivirus from Windows. If you know a good antivirus, please advise me.
