Get to work content
I own the get to work pack add on on the EA app, but when I open the sims, it says i need to purchase the add on to be able to play with the add on.

@cc9ev3xl632c Are you in offline mode in the EA App? You could be even if you never deliberately set it, and this would explain the issue. The App should say you're offline, or check the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner to see whether you can go offline or back online.
