Getting error each time i try to install

Hi, I uninstalled the app as it wasn't opening. Tried to reinstall but keep getting error INST-3-1301. I have tried turning off windows defender but the error is still coming up. Does anybody have a...

Hi,

I've just tried these, and none have worked. I then tried deleting and reinstalling the EAAppInstaller. It is now saying the app is installed but it can't find the folder, and when I press repair and restart the laptop nothing happens.

If not even setting up a new Administrator account on the Laptop worked, where do you see the EA App installed exactly? 

Have you tried uninstalling it from the Control Panel? Is the EA App showing as installed for you there?
