andrijanab sky27260 There shouldn't be any restrictions on purchasing from France. But if you're using a VPN, please disable it. If you can use a different credit/debit/bank card, please try it. And sky27260 please let me know whether you can purchase content through the EA website, as linked above.
Unfortunately, EA employees who post on the forums are mostly not around right now because of the holidays, so there's no one to look at this at the moment. But when they're back, I'll be sure to flag this thread if you haven't resolved the issue already.
