Help me my Fifa dissapeared

Help me my Fifa 23 was deleted from my library im on the right account because when i go to downloads it was downloaded now it acts like i have never bought it :")

I briefly checked your EA Account, which is not something we usually do through the forums, and I can confirm that FIFA 23 is not registered to this account. It’s likely registered to another EA Account. If you think you might have multiple EA Accounts, I recommend reaching out to EA Help at https://help.ea.com.

I bought it from a store so thats why i didn’t recieve an email but i have a serial number of that fifa: *snip* if that helps

CM edit: removed game code.
