I just ran into the exact same issue. Hopefully, we can both get this resolved soon. I would love to play the game again. I haven't since March 2023.
Since March 2023 ? That's terrible. They need to sort this out because this is a waste of our money. If they can't make it work then I want a refund and rather buy the game on Steam instead.
I haven't opened the game and played it since March 2023, so I don't know if this issue would have popped up before the other day. Crazy stuff between then and now. But yeah, I hope they sort this out as well. I just want to play.
Someone from ea helped me and my game is opening now. You have to go on the live support on ea and open a case to chat with someone that can help you
