@lgaudet hello, when you hover over packs do they say "restart to use"? if so i'm having the same issue. Also when i go to the sims 4 files to delete a pack to try reinstall it, it simply is not there. I just redownloaded Origin and although i was shown the EA app pop-up immediately, origin is still trying to download packs in the background. I think if you leave it long enough it will download the missing packs and then hopefully you will be able to use them.

I had the same problem, when switching from Origin to EA launcher "Jedi Fallen Order" wouldn't start anymore ("error on our end"). Tried different things (clear cache, admin rights etc., re-install, old origin version ) - didn't help. What worked in the end was to use this file to start the game: "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64\SwGame-Win64-Shipping.exe". Maybe also to have the program files in the default directory in "Program Files", before it was at another place. The launcher then downloaded some more files (~700MB), now it works.
