Fc26 early access hours

I have recently bought ea play to enjoy somee time with my friends this week with the 10 hour fc26 trial. I have unfortunately encountered many issues such as continuous gpu crashes with my 3070ti and have tried everything to fix it such as adjusting settings, downloading drivers, and updating windows. I finally concluded that the resolution matters heavily on the performance of the game and ensuring that it runs smoothly. I have unfortunately lost many hours due to this issue as this can be proven by the dnf's and the constant crash reports that can be viewed by ea services. I was wondering if i can have any more hours since I believe it is unfair for me to lose my hours due to a poor experience with the game as I would love to try the game for longer and have more fun. I also realised that my trial has approximately 1 hour remaining while i only have 6 hours of game time as it can be shown on the ea app. Your help is appreciated.
