How do I bypass the EA App and access Origin to play games.

I wanted to unlock every single acheivement in Mass Effect Legendary Edition  and the problem is that apparently due to this 'Ea App' the achievements on Steam still not unlocking! EVEN IN THE GAME ITS SAY THAT I UNLOCKED THEM! Many like me have the same problem and now i must use this app for play ME.
