- To be sure uninstall everything (i used revo uninstaller to clean uninstall all junk)
- Restart pc
- Install any origin
- Change date in your windows ( i put 9 january)
- open origin login and do everything ( it shouldn't pop the ducking EA horsedung app notif)
- Then if you want to play games on steam go to game directory to delete 3 files😞 5.1 cleanup 5.2 EAappInstaller 5.3Touchup
- Now you can still use Origin like it used to before..Start game and try, Hit me up on steam if it worked for you. https://steamcommunity.com/id/deadniu/"

Like everyone else in this thread I have been forced to use the crummy ea app, I have tried all suggestions in this thread and all have failed, can't even migrate my apps to steam which is frustrating, so I either have to cut my losses or rebuy it all and I don't particularly like either option...
Hopefully someday someone has an answer.. maybe if enough of us hit 'me too'' ea will finally pay attention..
