I found a good solution:
Go to "C:\ProgramData\Origin" and find local.xml.
Open it with your favorite text editor (notepad++, sublime, etc recommended) and add this line before the final "</Settings>" line:
<Setting key="MigrationDisabled" type="1" value="true" />
This will disable the migration to EA App on your Origin client. If an update came up and modify that file, do the same again and you should be good to go.

Also...
*When following his video, if you don't know where to locate Local Disk (C): it could show as Windows (C):
*And if you can't find local.xml it could show as just local (make sure under Type it says it's an XML Document)
*If after following the videos instructions, you return to you Origin and the EA App forced install is still there, go down to your taskbar on your laptop or computer and at the righthand side you should see a pointed up arrow. When you click it, you should see the Origin orange icon, right click on it and click quit Origin. When you go back onto Origin, after logging in, the forced EA App install should be gone. Hopefully.
After that I saw some message (I don't remember what it said) but it was covering half the Origin screen, and I just clicked decline.
At least this is what I experienced. Please, do what seems right for your own computer. Hopefully this helps someone.
