How do I fix thiss error eccured with the EA App

So I accurently saw that the EA App refuse to start installing as it stopps with the error massage said "The EA app encountered an error and couldn`t finish installing (error code: 09-D982).

It starts with the installing windows require a restart. It says "You`ll need to restart your pc to finish your installation.

And when I press "Let´s go" and then "Yes" it starts downloading stuff but the it fails when the error massage comes up.

I need to try to install the EA app for this bug to happen. But this is the first time this bug accurs to me.

When the downloading ends I close the bug window and it all just shoot down and I can`t continue. Then If I want to install I need to start all over again with the installation and I can`t install anyway.

 If the bug wouldn`t appear I would expect to see the downloading start downloading as it should and a white line the goes from the beginning to the end of the deeper line. And then the computer should restart.
