How do I solve error code 09-9A72, cant open or repair ea app

Question

Hey!Anytime we launch the installer, it claims the app is already installed. Hitting launch app just gives an error code and goggling said code gives no results. Hitting repair does nothing and we have tried to delete registries, hidden folders, anything connected to ea on my pc (windows 11). But I get the same error code 09-9A72. what can I do?&nbsp;

Yupi ! i'm sucessful repaire the fix . i'm try evrythink ! Bro , you must clean all file "Electronict art " and Eaa app whitch registry . Win+R , next "regedit" --&gt; Ctrl+F (find) Electronic art , and delate all file . Next step restart pC and new install&nbsp;
