Summarize your bug When I try to access ANY game in my library, I get an "Error 500" screen instead. I can see the pages of other games in the store, just not the ones in my library.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open EA App 2. Click on library 3. Click on any of the games
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an Error 500 screen and cannot launch the game (the games don't launch from desktop or Steam either).
What do you expect to see? The game page, with a "Launch" option, or the game launching automatically from Steam or desktop icon,
I have already tried ALL the solutions offered in other Error 500 posts such as:

But to no avail. I can't even uninstall the app.
I was playing just fine some days ago and did not change anything, clearly this is some server error.
EA Help twitter mentioned issues with online services which have allegedly been fixed, but no dice.
Either way, it's ridiculous that you can be locked out of single-player games that you paid for just because some app is having connectivity issues. There's just no excuse.
