[INVESTIGATION] Games Stuck on "Launching Game" or "Preparing Game"

I've recently installed the ea app and uninstalled origin. Now when I launch my games, a message saying "preparing game" pops up. After a few seconds the message closes and the ea app closes. After a second, the ea app reopens and the game didn't launch. I don't know what to do. Could someone have the answer?

I have a similar issue but for me only The Sims 4 is stuck on launching game. I have tried repairing the game, clearing the ea app cache, restarting my computer and opening ea app as an administrator but nothing helped. I’m also not getting any errors. The game is just stuck on “launching” 

I have been trying to play any online EA games (Titanfall 2, It takes 2, Battlefront 2) and none of them will actually launch. It says "launching" and then "preparing" but then it just sits there and does nothing I have tried every trouble shooting support has given me. WHAT DO I DO?

I also am stuck on loading...also Sims4.

Please try the following steps:

• Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
• Clear the cache for the EA app
• Run the EA app as an administrator 
• Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
• Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
  • Close the EA app
  • Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
  • In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
  • Click Okay the bottom of the window
  • Open the EA app client and try starting the download again

If these steps don't help, please run an EA Error Report following the steps here and be sure to attach your Report ID into this thread so we can investigate further. Thank you! 

So i bought EA FC 24 from epic games long time ago  but now i have issue with launching it from Epic Games

when i press game EA app pops to log in but afher logining with my gmail account it pop up again and again so it unreal to start game 

afther billions of trys it may open but EA app stucks on "Preparing Game"

i tryied everything launching all 3 apps (EA FC 24, EPIC GAMES,EA APP) as Administraror,also deleted and downloaded them again , rep

i bought titanfall2 on steam on 28th of march and downloaded it but every time i try launching it it fails and just gives "preparing game" loading screen and then it goes off and doesnt launch

tried these fixes:

changing windows compatibility mode for the game

repairing the game through steam 

launching through EA app

lunching the game as administrator 

but all dont work and im on windows 11 pro 

Same issue. No EA game will launch. Did all the troubleshooting steps. I'm tempted to just reinstall Windows and start from scratch.

The game does not start even though the message "Starting the game" is displayed. This applies to all games purchased a few days ago. Games purchased more than six months ago work fine. Even when offline, the message "Please authenticate online" is displayed and the app does not start. Reinstalling both the game and the app didn't help.
