facing the same issue that everyone here...
I've done all the test, uninstall/reinstall, update driver, SFC scan, lighting candles and burning incense... but nothing change... everytime the EC:10000 error...

Region: Europe (France)

Are you using an HDD or SSD? Internal SSD
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Last connection=, mid april 2023, was ok and this issue occured yesterday (11th june 2023)
Other error(s)? no - All update and check done

Tested Flush DNS just now, still the same.
Host FIle is all good, DNS are changed too
About "Change TCP/IP Settings"Should i try with DHCP or Manual ?

I'm having this issue as well. Error EC 10000. I have tried all of these "troubleshooting" suggestions, and nothing has helped. I just want to be able to play my game and DLC that I've PAID for. So frustrated.

i had the same problem and spent hours trying to figure out a salution.
what worked for me is I used my steam account to log in at EA and the problem was solved

For me logging with steam didn't work. Nothing works and problem persists from weeks, why don't you fix it and let people use your sketchy launcher which replaced actually good origin launcher? First Mass Effect steam achievements sync problem, now this, I can't even log in? Come on, it's the most basic and important feature of the application, who does that?
