I keep getting Error EC:10000, I've followed most of the steps to fix it. I will not do any of the steps that I have no control over (IP settings) or doing a clean boot (because I dont follow instructions well enough)
I've even uninstalled and redownloaded EA app to no avail. EA App Recovery does nothing, it literally just says the app crashed and refuses to do anything. There should be nothing running in the background that's limiting the app in any way.
I have ethernet and using a wired connection, so it 100% cannot be internet issues.
This happened after I had experienced a breaker blowing and suddenly turning off my PC while playing the Sims 4.
I logged in with my email and it worked, only for it to crash and bring me back to the login screen showing EC:10000 again.
I can log in randomly with either my Email or ID and it works, but it doesn't always work and seems to change.
I have gone through the thread and done several of the workarounds listed such as the "Untick "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" but none of them have worked.
I attached a EA Desktop log that had a lot of errors and warnings.
