Every Time I try to log in, it shows Error code EC 10000 (sometimes EC 10500). What's the point of purchasing EA Games if all the games I have purchased, I can't access anymore? Origin worked fine, you destroyed every credibility left by moving to EA App which is not working for most users. On the rare occasions that I'm able to log in, it doesn't launch games.

I downloaded EA app to play some newly installed games, but I can not access the app saying that its due to a "stubborn issue".
I have done the tips and tricks and followed turtorials to no help.
What is the issue and can someone help?

Let's see if something is blocking the app on your PC. Create an administrator account in Windows and then start the downloading process.

The issues that he and many others are encountering is that we cant connect to ea log in servers. this is on and off. sometimes we can connect, other times we cant. when it happens we cant log in to ea app nor ea.com. This is an EA issue that EA needs to fix and its nothing we users can do on our computers. Its been going on a lot lately and downdetector shows that its ongoing issue every day. We obviously have internet connections and we can log in when EA servers allow us.
I also have this issue and couldnt log in until now today but I logged in fine yesterday. I couldnt log in on Monday but could at random days on Sunday. And every time I could not log in with ea app i couldnt log in to ea.com either.
Please report connectivity issues to devs teams instead of asking users to spend hours troubleshooting something that is a server issue.

This error code comes up whenever I try to log in, what do I do!? I feel like I've tried everything, but nothing fixes it. I haven't had access to my games for weeks now. I cant believe I've paid so much money for my games and I cant even access them... Anyone who has the same problem and hopefully a solution?

I've been going through 70 steps it feels like at this point, with no luck.
Still getting the EC:10500 error, on my pc. And so many others are getting it, EA NEEDS to fix this or come out with an actual fix that works, and not 70 steps on how it might fix the issue.
People wants to play some games, not being stuck on login screen for weeks.....
So again. PLEASE fix this stuff....EDIT: I have 8 other launcher that have no issues what so ever, so I'm sorry for being direct with my message.
