I cannot disconnect the steam account from the second ea account

They advised me to change the account and link the steam account to the second account on which I am writing to you now. I have a lock for untying EA to Steam for 176 days. I am very sorry that this happened and I would like to ask you to reset this limit so that I could get my account back in apex legends again, I donated and bought a lot of things there, I don't want to wait a few months to get into my favorite game
