I was in Norway when this problem started. Now I am in the Unites States (Spectrum Wifi) and the same error code continues to show up.

@wazztedd Have you tried to clear the cache?
- Open the Start menu or press the Windows key and type "EA." Choose "Open file location."
- Run "App Recovery" to clear the cache for the EA app.
