The issue we're having is that there is an infinite redirect on the following resource onto itself which is a required library for the login page:
On the regional server for Akamai located at 84.208.13.8.
I tested by swapping servers by editing my hosts file to point this domain at 184.24.77.133 and it now works.
Here's my step by step.
Open up notepad in admin mode.
Navigate to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (on mac it'll probably be /etc/hosts)
Change the view from just *.txt to all files, open hosts
Paste in the following line:
184.24.77.133 eaassets-a.akamaihd.net
Clear the ea cache (right-click ea in search, open file location, run App Recovery)
Run ipconfig /flushdns in cmd
Run the EA app.
Delete the line in hosts in roughly a week.
