Yesterday I played The Sims 4 on my Mac and had no issues. Today I cannot launch the EA app due to error EC:10000. I have scoured the internet and tried various troubleshooting actions. Updated my OS, cleared the EA app cache, turned off firewall, reinstalled EA App, restarted my computer. Nothing has worked. From Canada.

The same has happened to me. I haven't seen any solutions for Mac.
