~~We've observed a significant decrease in reports from players encountering the EC:10000 or EC:10500 error in the EA app, particularly those related to the Telia provider in Norway.~~

since i updated to windows 11, I just cannot turn on EA app normally. it always starts as empty window without any UI and I have to restart app or even whole computer. New errors pop up every day: Error EC 1000, something went wrong, app encountered an unknown error... this is beyond ridiculous.
