How to Fix the Blank Login or Library Window of EA app?

We appreciate your feedback about the issue you're experiencing with the EA app.
The fix
The dev teams for our EA app for PC have released an update to address the problem of a blank login or library window in the client. This fix is included in the EA app for PC version 13.152 and above. You can manually force-update your EA app for PC to this version by following the steps here: How to (manually) update the EA app for PC.

Potential other workaround
It's interesting that disabling your GPU drivers seems to fix the issue for some people, as this could indicate an issue between the GPU drivers and their interaction with the EA app, something that isn't observed with the default Windows Display Adapter Drivers.
