Ive spent the better part of the last 2 hours between watching youtube tutorials and FAQs trying to figure out why the EA app will NOT open. it will boot up the sign in screen 1/5 attempts and then crash immediately after. No error codes, no buffer, just close immediately. Just trying to play some Battlefield.
I'm having the exact same issue with absolutely no luck, except for here, finding out what this could possibly be. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, updating my bios, checking drivers, clearing cache, removing all files except for battlefield 6, restarting my pc. I'm out of ideas. EA please throw us something we can try 😭
Event viewer shows ntdll.dll is the reason for the crashes. LuckySethSB check your event viewer application logs to see if thats the same for you as well. I get "Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.26100.6725, time stamp: 0xf41da127" every single error. Same name, same version.
