how to increase spend limit sims 4

Please help. We cannot purchase any expansion packs for Sims 4 because the spending limit is $0. Also do not have an edit option. How can I change the spending limit?

    Hey there @erika29neethling 

    If you have spending limits on your account that you're wanting to change, you can edit that by logging in with the linked parental account and following the steps here.
