I am getting code INST-14-1203 when I attempt to install.

Question

I am running Windows 11. I just recently did a manufacture reset on the laptop I am using. I attempted to install the EA app and it provides me with error code&nbsp;INST-14-1203. It asks to send the report and then does nothing. I am not super tech savy so a lot of the forum posts and chats I have seen online about how to fix it haven't made sense to me. Any help would be appreciated. Just wanted to be able to play a game with my teenaged son....

@4miazm58nxbg This error indicates a network problem. There does not seem to be many other people encountering this specific error code.

It means:
"The network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available. Please try retyping the path or contact your network administrator."

I assume the laptop works to access the internet as you would have downloaded EA app to begin with.

Perhaps check / install any Windows updates and then try downloading again at https://www.ea.com/en-ca/ea-app#downloads
