So many problems

So, for starters you try to report a bug through EA app, gives me an error reporting error and then the app crashes and relaunches, so that's fun to deal with. 

Also, I bought and paid for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, installed game, doesn't launch. I've uninstalled, reinstalled it, repaired it. Get the preparing to launch game pop up and then nothing.

Having same issue with the Sims 2. I bought the legacy pack with 1 and 2, 1 launches and runs great, since update, the Sims 2 gets the preparing to launch game message and nothing, sims 2 worked fine before this update.
