I have asked EA help but they have not responded properly, so I am asking this question here.
I am unable to make a payment both through EA APP and on the web.
I have tried Paypal, credit card, and convenience store payment, but none of them worked.
Paypal showed error:10048 and credit card showed please contact your credit card company.
On the Paypal side, the order was already placed and waiting for processing from EA, so I could not do anything.
I contacted the credit card company and they said there was nothing they could do because it was not suspended, such as being maxed out, and no charges had been received.
I have contacted EA help, but every time they reply, the person in charge changes and asks for my email address, name, payment method, etc., but I cannot get an answer about the fact that I cannot make the payment.
I am not an English-speaking person, so I am using a translation tool to find out what I am looking up, so I don't know if I am doing something wrong.
