    Hi there, 

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to complete a purchase. 

    As you have already contacted your payment provider and tried several different payment methods, you will need to contact EA Help Support once again as they will need to investigate this further to see if there's anything on our side stopping the payment. 

    Here on AHQ we're not able to verify personal information or provide any account information. Therefore, you will need to speak to EA Help Support once again.
