I bought 2 kits, but it still says they need to be purchased

ok so I bought 2 kits, which I usually wouldn't because I don't really like kits, and when I went to download them, it's showing that I don't own them. So, I went to my bank app and the money was taken out. I tried to get help but it's extremely too difficult to get assistance for any issue. How the heck am I supposed to get an actual person to help with an issue. I tried to report the issue the way they to you to but I kept getting an error. at this point I never want to buy anything else from EA app again

    I understand that this must be frustrating!

    Usually, if something like this happens, it helps if you clear the cache for the EA app as explained here. Then check the game again and the purchased kits should appear under your add ons.

    It's very frustrating. BF1 stopped playing for over 6 weeks then just started working. This time since the last cheat update. I am so tired of having to jump through hoops to make it work. But darn-it I really really really like Battlefield. And now BF3 won't load it wants the dang product key. I don't even remember how many years ago I bought the game. Matter of fact I have bought every Battlefield game made ether on my Desktop and or PlayStation and or Xbox. Like when we get the Battlefield why will it come out with bugs? ░°_°░ Battlefield for life.

    axemastersinc​, your post is about a different topic. Please make sure to post on threads that are about the same issue you are having, or create a new one if you cannot find one relating to your issue. 

    In your case, you best reach out to EA support, as you probably are logging in to the wrong EA account.
