    HI @AbdulElahAO

For Windows 11 the path should be Settings > System Notifications

Once that window loads, make sure it's filtered to sort by NAME (not most recent).

Scroll down and it might show as EA, instead of EA App. The options once you select it should be the same.

    Thanks!

HI @AbdulElahAO To confirm do either of you have any restrictions on your EA account security?

If not try checking is something might be blocked in Windows settings:

Go to Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > Scroll down to EA App

Make sure the following are enabled:

    1. Notifications = On
    2. Show Notifications are enabled
    3. Show Notifications in the action center are enabled
    4. Set Priority to TOP

    Thanks!
