Hey @massiV-I,

It looks like the download is either stuck or not initializing. 

This should be easily solvable by clicking on the 3 lines in the top right, going to Help, and clicking on App Recovery. 

From there you can clear the cache and restart the app, which should solve it.

    I tried it before but it doesn't work.I tried all solves ı find from this forum but nothing chance.Ea download don't work anyway

      @massiV-I Is it just the download that's not working?

      You can check by looking if the game was added to your Collection.

        Yes its on my collection.When ı click on download it not downloads the game.I will send some pics.
