I cant find Red Alert 3 in EA App

I have both Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection and Command & Conquer Red Alert 3, but there are only one version in my EA App, so I can only download the Red Alert 3 from The Ultimate Collection instead of the separate version. Btw the separate Red Alert 3 supports multi-languages but the The Ultimate Collection one only supports English. See also the attatched picture.
