I can't install any EA game due to pausing.

Summarize your bug I am trying to download STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order. When I hit download it downloads for 3 seconds and then pauses and says "There's a problem with your download." I click ok then hit resume, it downloads for 1 second and does the same thing. Ok, so I hit resume again but this time it makes NO progress and just keeps pausing for infinity. I tested to see if it has to be something with maybe my Xbox game pass but I could download stuff on there. So I try downloading something on the EA App (Apex Legends). But it doesn't work, so I think it is a EA specific problem. So I did stuff like: Restarting my PC, Uninstalling everything EA then downloading it again, Removing the Cache, Clean Boot, Ect. Please help this is very annoying and I have spent MANY hours trying to fix it and I have asked people on Reddit but no one else knows what it is too.
