I can't link my ea account with xbox game pass ultimate

Platform:PC

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 20/01/2023
Summarize your bug My ea account can't link and beacuse this i can't use ea play
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try connect an ea account on xbox game pass on pc.
What happens when the bug occurs? the ea app show me a warning "Something went wrong... To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over."
What do you expect to see? the solution of problem.

Hello, i can't link my ea account with xbox game pass ultimate on pc, when a try that i receive a warning "Something went wrong...
To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over", i already try see my connection on my ea profile and i not found nothing.

Hi @51b30d5bc6ca6f74 It seems we might be having a slightly different issue than @hy2gtya7sxhj

If your Xbox is already linked to an EA account (the one you can't access, or can't access the email tied to it) we would need to work with our support on getting access back to the account.

You will need to log into your EA Account Portal to update your account information. If you are unable to log in, Try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com

If you continue running into issues signing in, or changing account information you will need to reach out to our support for further assistance.

@hy2gtya7sxhj Are you trying to link your accounts through a browser, game, or PC client? Also to check have you had either linked to a previous account?

i'm trying through the xbox app and it's my first time trying link my account! check the print screen of the problem!

Hi @hy2gtya7sxhj Thanks for this information, can we try a different method to link the accounts like EA Help? We have a guide on linking below you can read through to see if using a different method will help us.

Hello again, i try everything but i think maybe i got the problem but i can't fix that, i trying link my pc ea account but my xbox account already have an account with my old xbox email but i don't have that e-mail anymore, the yahoo delete that e-mail and i can't create another with the same address and i can't make the login because the password is so old and the ea tell-me to reset that but i don't have the e-mail anymore, now i need delete that old account?
